Consultation on Motion Dobler 19.3448
The motion “Provisional judicial opening, adaptation to changed business practice (digitalisation)” by National Councillor Marcel Dobler (FDP/SG) was dealt with in the Council of States in the spring session 2021. digitalswitzerland, together with the associations economiesuisse and Swiss Fintech Innovations, spoke out in favour of accepting the motion. Unfortunately, the Council of States rejected the motion anyway – also contrary to the decision of the National Council and the proposal of the Federal Council.
