What we do
Addressing Skills Shortage: We work to increase the number of ICT professionals to guarantee competitiveness, specifically focusing on apprenticeships as highlighted by the "Bedarfsprognose 2033". We collaborate closely with ICT-Berufsbildung Schweiz on this mandate.
Enabling Transformation: We enable SMEs and members to master digital transformation by exchanging best practices on AI adoption and upskilling. Our "Playbook for AI Adoption" provides leaders with practical guidance to ensure long-term business success.
Society & Inclusion: We address public concerns to ensure everyone benefits from new technologies. We co-publish the "DigitalBarometer" to monitor public perception and drive e-accessibility as a co-founder of ADIS (Alliance for Digital Inclusion in Switzerland).
